Jackie Young Receives Promotion
South Georgia Banking Company recently awarded Jackie Young the title of Banking Officer. Young serves as a Consumer Loan Officer in SGBC’s Moultrie office.
“Jackie is deserving of this promotion because of her hard work and positive attitude,” said Bob Montgomery, City President of SGBC’s Moultrie office. “She has developed her banking skills by performing various job functions within the bank and has a growing base of consumer and mortgage loans. She also has a great relationship with her customers.”
Jackie continues to serve as a Consumer Loan Officer; however, she also now has Mortgaging Lending responsibilities; she has worked with SGBC for almost nine years.
“This promotion is important to me because it means my work has been recognized and appreciated by my peers,” said Young. “To me, South Georgia Bank is like a big family. We are all on the same team striving for the same goals.”
Jackie is a native of Moultrie and is a board member of United Way, a Chamber Ambassador, treasurer of Friendship Alliance Church as well as on the Board of Realtors.
She enjoys gardening, fishing, traveling to the beach and spending time with her husband and two children.
